Govt must re-look at Judicial managers - WhatsApp update

5:01pm, 5 Sep - +263 7* *** ****: Government must re-look at the issue of Judicial managers why is it that over 90percent of Companies under Judicial managers colapse? The bigest problem is that those guys are being used for a fee to just coverup for Company owners. As we speak Marvo is said to be now under a Judicial Manager a Mr C Mwete who is also responsible of 5 other Companies, but the same management is still there. Today he met workers and told them that he will continue working the same management, he said he is not able to pay them "workers" full pay, he is not able to pay pensioners benefits. The Marvo management only brought a Judicial manager just to stop the Deputy sherif from attaching property in reality they are still in charge this Mwete is jst being used as a coverup. It looks like the issue of workers salaries is far from over. The government must define what axcactly a Judicial manager should do? We used to think that his primary responsibility is to restore the company repay the debts without interference from the shareholders or management but the situation is defferent at Marvo. Why is government allowing its citizens to be exployted like this.
