Bantu Rovers head coach, Methembe Ndlovu has conceded that his side has surrendered the fight to remain in top flight football after succumbing to yet another defeat on Saturday.
The Bulawayo side's battle to survive relegation went up in smoke after suffering a 13th defeat of the season to ZPC Kariba on Saturday.
Ndlovu said with the games getting fewer and fewer, it is becoming a lost cause with a confidence crisis appearing as Bantu Rovers' achilles heel.
Tshintsha Guluva, as Bantu Rovers are affectionately known, failed to utilise their dominance against a somewhat struggling ZPC Kariba.
Parading veteran names such as the Ngodzo brothers, Zephania and Johannes, Obadiah Tarumbwa and Herbert Dick, Bantu Rovers will hope the veterans will get a dying minute's glow to spark their remaining campaign and stop the team's free fall.
With 21 matches played so far, Bantu Rovers have only managed four wins and four draws, while 13 games ended in defeats.
