Supersport returns as Zhwane take on Bosso

IT'S brother against brother!
Before Tsholotsho FC was a premiership team, most, if not all its supporters were Highlanders followers.
As few as they are, the tie against Bosso on Sunday beamed live on Supersport is a big do for many reasons – chief among them money. The two teams will square off at Barbourfields Stadium at 3pm.
Earlier, on the same day, Bulawayo City will battle Harare City in a potentially exciting match at 1pm at the same venue.
The duel will see Philani "Beefy" Ncube return to Bulawayo for the second consecutive week with his Sunshine Boys this time around seeking to bury his former paymasters. Last Sunday, Ncube, a former Bulawayo City coach who masterminded their Premier Soccer League promotion in 2015, saw his charges play a goalless draw against Highlanders at Emagumeni.
Interestingly, the shrewd mentor recently recruited Welcome "Waroowa" Ndiweni, Kelvin Madzongwe and Warren Dube, players he previously worked with at Bulawayo City.
However, Bulawayo City head coach Mandla "Lulu" Mpofu whose side is smarting from a 3-1 defeat at the hands of FC Platinum is adamant that they are going to give their Sunday's opponents a good run for their money.
"They have a couple of players that have played for our team. This puts them at an advantage. Also the fact that coach Philani Ncube was once the boss at Bulawayo City is an advantage. However, we are going into the match to compete. We will give them a good run as we seek to avoid relegation," said Mpofu.
Harare City are in buoyant mood following their 2-0 win against Shabanie on Wednesday.
The other fixtures will see How Mine play host to Dynamos at Luveve Stadium while struggling Yadah face Chapungu. High riding Chicken Inn invade Morris Depot for a date with sporadic Black Rhinos. Defending champions Caps United have a tricky tie against top of the table placed Ngezi Platinum Stars at National Sports Stadium.
Inconsistent Hwange will fight it out against youthful Bantu Rovers who surprised Black Rhinos with a 1-0 defeat on Wednesday.
Maglas Stadium will be the venue for the game between Shabanie Mine and ZPC Kariba.
