Former Manchester City striker, Benjamin 'Benjani' Mwaruwari, is in Cape Town and training with PSL side Ajax Cape Town.
While it is not believed that the 34-year-old will be signing for the Urban Warriors, he will be keeping fit with them during his short spell in the Mother City.
The former Zimbabwean international had been linked with a move to SuperSport United last year, however talks fell through between the two parties and the proposed transfer failed to materialise.
Ajax's official website confirmed the news, saying, "Benjamin Mwaruwari (Benjani) arrived in Cape Town over the weekend and is currently training at Ikamva."
Benjani arrived in the city over the weekend and it is yet known how long he will be in the Western Cape for.
Mwaruwari began his career in the PSL in 1999, when he played for Jomo Cosmos, and has since gone on to play for the likes of Auxerre, Portsmouth and Blakburn Rovers.
