Flyafrica launches Zimbabwe Joburg route

Flyafrica, yesterday launched its inaugural Harare-Johannesburg flight where it is charging $89 (including taxes), one way. Flyafrica joins three other airlines flying on the same route.
Officiating at the launch at Harare International Airport yesterday, Transport and Infrastructural Development deputy minister Petronella Kagonye said government was delighted that Flyafrica had expanded its route network following its flight to Victoria Falls.
Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe chief executive officer David Chawota said they were thrilled to have a low-cost airline servicing the Harare-Johannesburg route.
