Wife pour boiling cooking oil on hubby, flees

A South African based Zimbabwean man is battling for life after his wife of two years scalded him with boiling cooking oil over allegations of an extramarital affair.
Two weeks ago - Alfred Mhoyo arrived home late and that irked his wife - Maria Karina.
She accused Mhoyo of dating prostitutes and the response was not convincing.
She then doused him with boiling cooking oil before she went into hiding.
The incident happened in South Africa.
"Yeah I am Alfred and my home is in Murehwa.
"I was staying with this woman before she scalded me. She accused me of having a girlfriend an accusation I denied. She scaled me and fled".
Alfred and his friends are now hunting for Maria to get her arrested.
"Pictures of Alfred whilst admitted in hospital were sent to Maria and she pleaded for forgiveness claiming that she didn't expect her actions to end in that state" said a friend.
