03 Dec 2015 at 14:35hrs | Views

Ishmael Ndlovu (44), a slum dweller living in Ngozi Mine, a popular squatter camp in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe's second largest city, has been surviving from selling scrap material and subsistence farming on a piece of land for more than a decade.
Just like many other homeless people around the country, Ndlovu is a victim of the infamous government sponsored Hlalani Kuhle/Garikai/Murambatvina operations. which rendered poor citizens including street kids and women destitute.
