Sex workers finaly accept plastic money, hike fares

Sex workers in Mazowe mine (Jumbo) hiked their prices from $2 to $3 after miners got their remuneration yesterday.
Sources who spoke to Bulawayo24.com revealed that legions of sex workers who are currently staying at Doxford bar in shanty houses demarcated by curtains made a lot of money and were accepting Ecocash in a bid to embrace plastic money.
"The miners were paid yesterday and sex workers took the opportunity to hike their fees - cash was going for $3 from $2 while ecocash was $4."
"The half dressed sex workers still soldier on to the freezing weather and live in shanty houses 4 per room where they conduct their duties.
"The cabins are more than 40 and are accommodating sex workers from all walks of life," said the source.
Meanwhile, there is hype of activities at Doxford following the availability of gold at Amatola mining claims where artisanal miners prowl.
Harare sex workers said they are enjoying their work in Jumbo as they pocket more than $20 per day .
"Business here is better as you are assured of getting more than $20 per day.
"Makorokoza anobhadhara (illegal miners pay) but they love rough sex.
"We pay $3 per shift on these cabins which is better because you inturn make profit afterwards," they revealed.
