Chief Maduna laid to rest

CHIEF Vezi Maduna Mafu has been buried at his rural home in Filabusi.
The burial which was done in accordance with the Nguni culture where only immediate family members are allowed at the graveside was attended by senior government officials.
Addressing mourners the Minister of Local Government and Public Works Honourable July Moyo said the country has lost a chief who was cognisant of his country's past, present and future.
Chief Maduna who died on Saturday, leaves behind 12 children and 27 grandchildren.
