Jonathan Moyo hits out at 'Rhodesian policeman'

The newly appointed Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology minister, Professor Jonathan Moyo has hit out at the former Minister of Education, Sport, Arts and Culture, David Coltart for saying, "for the 1st time Jono Moyo has a real job.

Coltart wrote on twitter that, "For the 1st time Jono Moyo has a real job. Rhetoric wont help him in this one. Theres no place 2 hide in trying 2 sort out mess in Higher Ed."

Prof Moyo said the comment was very rich coming from a 'Rhodesian policeman.'

Moyo wrote, "This is very rich coming from a Rhodesian policeman!"

Coltart made a follow up comment saying, "Facts remain after 2 stints of Moyo at Min of Inf all we got was AIPPA, bombing & shut down of Daily News, airwaves still ZPF."

Prof Moyo responded by saying only an unrepentant and cynical racist Rhodie and Selous Scout would that.

Moyo wrote, "Only an unrepentant & cynical racist Rhodie & Selous Scout would say this blissfully oblivious of 75% local content!"

Delta Milayo told Coltart that he did a good job but she thinks Prof Moyo can handle the heat in that Ministry. She wrote, "You did a fine job of it. I am quite sure @ProfJNMoyo can handle it. At worst - he probably shan't accomplish less." Coltart was never in Moyo's current Ministry but in the Ministry that is being headed by Lazarous Dokora.
