'Mnangagwa and Chinamasa are chameleons'

Devolution and nothing else is what people asked for
Revolutionary greetings dear comrades. I still reiterate that a leopard will never change its spots. On the other hand a chameleonic person is the most dangerous because his true colours are unknown. He changes colour to suit the present environment hence he is not worth the trust of a sane man.
Mnangagwa and Chinamasa are chameleons that are not to be trusted. If the voice of the people is the voice of God, then they must honour the voice of the people. More than 3 million Zimbabweans in 2013 voted for the devolution of power. Zanu Pf recently accused their former leader President Robert Mugabe for failing to implement devolution. The failure by Mnangagwa to appoint provincial councillors in line with Chapter 14 of the constitution is a clear sign that he will never honour the voice of the people.
The spineless Chinamasa has quickly made a U-turn in less than a month and now opines that devolution is costly and unsastainable. His assertion is high sounding stupidity. This confirms the widely held conception that Zanu Pf cares less about the people, all they care about is to rob them of their livelihood.
Devolution is the will of the people which can not be decided by votes in parliament. It can not be debated in parliament when people have expressed through the referendum the need for it. Thus scrapping devolution of power from the constitution would be going against the people's will and reversing their struggle. If there are statutes the government needs to repeal, it is the evil draconian laws like AIPPA and POSA, not the holy devolution of power provision.
Devolution means that communities will manage their own affairs and exploit local resources for sustainable develooment. Provinces that have been consigned by the ruling party to the fringes of poverty may now use their resources to foster development in their communities. Devolution of power is therefore the only way regional economic disparities can be reddressed. Unilateral development can be arrested by effective and efficient implementation of devolution of power.
Why is Zanu Pf scared of devolution of power? The answer must searched from the fears of what devolution means to their strange and strong hold to power. Zanu Pf is scared of decentralisation of power. Centralised power comes with a lot of clandestine benefits such as looting from the state coffers. Looting is in Zanu Pf DNA hence they will fight tooth and nail to have devolution of power provision scrapped from the constitution.
If devolution of power is scrapped from the constitution the people must punish Zanu Pf heavilly in the ballot. Zanu Pf must respect the will of the people and the constitution in general.
NPP respects the will of the people hence it wholly embraces devolution of power. People asked for devolution of power and that is what they must be given.
Victory is certain, allutta continua.
