The Guiding or Supporting Principle for Leadership of ZIM-ID is code named 'JJ6'!!

In a predominantly Christian nation like Zimbabwe, we acknowledge the fact that it was impossible to have our party leadership at each level together with its many supporters not dominated by people who have their chosen belief systems, or some sort of background anchored on firm Christian faith value systems. This helps to explain our fundamental "JOSHUA PRINCIPLE" understanding at leadership level as a necessary key component in shaping our new democratic dispensation, which is a critical interpretation from biblical scriptures.

We have considered of significant importance the visionary, exemplary and illustrative leadership effect aimed at an ultimate victory for the oppressed people as found in "Jericho of Joshua 6" in the Christian bible. The primary simple understanding of the principle is that it espouses a public service delivery model which produces quality results at the shortest optimal time possible for whatever magnitude of a project and programme to be undertaken. Hence the full code name "JJ6|Ziyawa!"

Joshua 6(vs 1-27) is based on the story of collapsing or destroying the walls of Jericho completely. Many leaders or those leading people, organisations and a country out of extremely tough times (Egypt) have symbolically claimed to be a Moses leading the children of Israel to Canaan or Promised Land (land of milk & honey). We consider the "Mosaic principle" model to be flawed and deceitful as most often it is selectively and incompletely interpreted thereby leading the people, and even a country astray by those without necessary wisdom and sufficient knowledge. Further, it frustratingly delays service delivery even in a very simple task!

The Christian bible plainly and interestingly reveals that Moses NEVER set his foot in Canaan (the Promised Land) or didn't even cross the Jordan (Deut 31:2). So were all his "blind followers" from Egypt who were over 20 years of age ("too old" to adapt for new necessary changes) except the truly intelligent and undoubtedly courageous spies called Joshua and Caleb; and their very young generation at the time (Numbers 14:29-30)! Neither was he there to lead the children of Israel in their last big challenge of destroying the walls of Jericho before settling in Canaan their Promised Land.

Moses only "saw" the land of Canaan from a "horizon", but simple peacefully, publicly and sufficiently passed on the baton of leadership to the new generation leader known as Joshua according to prevailing "democratic systems" approved by God himself and proclaimed into a chain of commands for the Israel nation (Supreme Laws).

The main reason then for Moses' failure to accomplish the original mission of getting all different tribes of Israel to the Promised Land  was largely due to his own preferred Public Administration or Leadership style (Deut 32:51-52) which also prolonged the suffering of the Israelite community along the way.

He (Moses) violated overriding statutes and prevailing commands (laws) meant for the common good of all the children of Israel as he chose to follow what best suited his own ambitions or preferences against what the "constitution" drafted and provided by God actually required of a leader like him at the time. This must indeed be self-fulfilling prophecy, if not history repeating itself in our times through such leaders who subscribe to a Mosaic principle as they never reach the ultimate goal or destiny by whatever means possible! However, it must be noted and appreciated that Moses in his final days of exit from office at least optimally co-operated in the drafting of a new functional law ("constitution") to guide the incoming Joshua administration (Joshua 1:7-8).

Therefore, the Joshua principle is the ultimate solution and has immerse power to deliver people to their final destiny. Besides its unrelenting prayer aspect that doesn't replace duty, it is also based on proclaiming clear instructions for the people (policies) and selfless servant-hood which in turn volunteers maximum co-operation out of the people in a "peaceful" manner.

What Moses' principle failed to deliver in forty (40) years which it could have even delivered in literally a month's time at most, the Joshua principle achieved in seven (7) literal days. The leadership style based on a Joshua principle is the most important final ingredient in the deliverance out of Egypt, which is interpreted as those extremely challenging times.

Zimbabwe undoubtedly has experienced only a flawed Mosaic principle (1980 -2018), in which it will be 38 years! It now demands of our people to now fully co-operate with the Joshua Principle as we stand to break the "Israelites-out-of-Egypt" biblical record of many centuries ago should we not make the best of forthcoming 2018 elections!! The people of Zimbabwe can't really afford to break such a seemingly "bad" biblical record again with some deep lessons to be learnt in present times, as if the breaking of many other infamous world records has not been enough so far!

Maybe to illustrate, the wisdom of visionary leaders such as Dr Joshua "Father Zimbabwe" Nkomo and peace-maker like Dr Simon Muzenda had collapsed the unnecessary tribalism walls built by Gukurahundists in Matabeleland and Midlands regions after 7 years of struggle, or 7 days prophetically as from 1980-1987. A "Bull-dozer" machine called Unity Accord had to be manufactured and used to tear-down the Jericho Wall although it now seemingly is with no book value left anymore due to very high depreciation percentages or discounting factors, if not because of misuse and "factory faults" of the Bull-dozer machine. As a reminder, the Jericho Wall by Gukurahundists was too high and clearly noticed just when people thought they had "arrived" in Canaan. A case in point indeed of a Joshua Principle's triumph over the Mosaic principle!

Also, in South Africa it took the late world icon and former President Nelson Mandela just 7 years (7 days prophetically) from 1991 to 1998 as ANC and country's President to finally destroy and collapse the Jericho walls of Apartheid to deliver the country to their Canaan from Egypt, and then he resigned. He was conspicuously "absent" from leadership due to certain circumstances until such a time it was necessary for him to bring the Joshua Principle leadership effect based on peacefully, voluntarily and democratically achieved maximum co-operation of the people.

A Mosaic principle can NEVER take people to any Canaan until Jesus comes, but only to the horizons of the milk and honey land. It is therefore envisaged that ZIM-ID shall set out to fully deliver all the people in their different tribes to a real Canaan within "seven times seventy" literal days (one-and-quarter years) after crossing the 2018 Jordan River! Moreso, the whole land will be overflowing with imperishable milk and preserved honey within a time period of less than 7-prophetic days, or 7 years!

The winds of "the people's hope" and the resilient people's spirit that have been blowing and hovering over surface of the land called Zimbabwe which currently is without any form of identity, empty (bankrupt) and the future is bleak for many people (darkness all over); have finally inspired those timeless creative words to proclaim "Let there be ZIM-ID!", which then reveals the necessity or mystery of our existence! Ziyawa indonga zeJericho only when the sufficient number of people shall let ZIM-ID lead!!
