Sex scandal rocks Secondary school

A scandal has rocked Ndlovu Secondary School in Hwange District where some pupils staying at a makeshift boarding facility engaged in sex with a group of men and boys from a nearby village.
According to the chronicle, about 17 girls who attend the school, which is about 50km out of Victoria Falls town, resided at a house owned by Agritex outside the school premises. The house which had been converted into a make-shift boarding facility, was closed after the scandal broke.
Six of the pupils who are in Form One, Two and Four, were suspended from school for two weeks for involvement in the sex escapade last term.
The school authorities confirmed the scandal which also involves boys who are former pupils and some doing Form Four at the school. They would visit the girls' lodgings at night and engage in sex with them on many occasions.
Some of the girls who admitted engaging in sex on numerous occasions with different men. The girls (names withheld) said they engaged in the activity in their shared rooms in the presence of their roommates.
Village head for 9B Village, Josiah Moyo, and the councillor for the area, Martin Sibanda confirmed receiving reports.
