7/21/2015, 8:52 PM - +264 8* *** ****: Mapositori arrested in Namibia.
More than 80 congregants of Johanne Masowe were arrested in Namibia Windhoek for various reasons that includes kupesenisa hama and some of the members were without valid documents or passports.
However the arrest of foreign nationals especially Zimbabwean in Namibia is on increase this operation has been going on for a month now, they just arrest as long as you are Zimbabwean they will just arrest you, you might be having your days or not as long as they catch you they give you 48 hrs to leave the country. To me thats silent xenophobia which is worse than that of South Africa whereby you're directly told that you're not wanted than this one of raiding people during prayers or during midnight when we are sleeping.
They forget that Zimbabwean are in foreign lands not by choice but by economic hardship in Zimbabwe and the rapid growth of un employment in Zim.
Honestly Namibians will never know when their country will be like Zim we used to laugh to the Mozambicans and Malawians in early 80 but where are we now. Be warned Namibia be Warned life is like a ball tomorrow it might be you, you never know. Why cant Namibians give visas to the Zimbabweans so they can do their business freely rather than acting xenophobic. Worried Steven Gotosa
