Aretha Franklin dies

76-year-old music superstar Aretha Franklin has died, according to a report by AP.
The news follows reports on Monday that the multiple award-winning artist was "gravely ill" and surrounded by her family in Detroit.
Back in 2010 Franklin was diagnosed with cancer and earlier this year cancelled a series of shows on doctor's orders.
Franklin - who started singing as a child in the same church where her father, C. L. Franklin, was minister - had a series of number one singles including: I Never Loved a Man (The Way I Love You); Respect ; Baby I Love You and Chain of Fools.
