5 die in head-on collision

On September 15th, a tragic incident occurred at the 96-kilometer mark along the Harare-Masvingo Road, resulting in the loss of five lives and one individual sustaining injuries.
The accident involved a head-on collision between a Volvo truck, which was traveling towards Chivhu without any passengers on board, and a Mercedes Benz rigid truck, which was traveling in the opposite direction with five passengers on board.
Following the collision, both the injured person and the deceased individuals were promptly transported to Chivhu General Hospital for medical attention and further procedures.
