Sex-starved man pleasures self in full view of niece, 23

A BULAWAYO man allegedly pleasured himself in front of his 23-year-old niece after she refused him sex.

Mukuradare Tembo, 48, of Cowdray Park suburb, attempted to have sex with his niece and she refused. Mukuradare appeared before Western Commonage magistrate Tancy Dube facing a charge of public indecency.

He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six months in prison.

One month was suspended on condition of good behaviour while the other five months were suspended on condition he performs 175 hours of community service at Mahlabathini Primary School.

Prosecutor Kenneth Shava stood for the state.

The court heard that on December 4 at around 2PM, the niece went to Mukuradare's home where she had been sent to collect chicken.

Upon arrival, she found Mukuradare who opened the door for her and she got into the house. He then closed the door and asked her for sex.

Mukuradare tried to touch her breasts but she refused and Mukuradare exposed his manhood and pleasurises himself until he ejacu1ated.

He then opened the door and told her to leave.

She told her mother who later reported the matter to the police.

Mukuradare pleaded guilty and told the court that he did it because he was sexually starved.

"I admit that I exposed myself indecently. It's because my wife hasn't been engaging in sex with me lately. I'm sexually starved," he said.
