Guta Ra Mwari has sent a congratulatory message to the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Obedingwa Mguni.

P) O.Mguni on his recent appointment as Deputy Minister of Home Affairs by His Excellency President Robert Gabriel Mugabe.
