Accident at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo statue

Another kombi accident has occurred at the Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo Statue in Bulawayo this morning.
Several people were injured.
Numerous accidents have occurred at the site and motorists have blamed a sudden curve on the road, away from the statue for the accidents.
In December last year, National Museums and Monuments of Zimbabwe (NMMZ) director Godfrey Mahachi said they are worried by the rate at which accidents are occurring at the Joshua Nkomo statue.
He said the frequency of the accidents could result in the stature being knocked down by cars.
