Zhuwao photo goes viral: The fast way to get a petition?

A photograph of Zhuwao sitting on a bed wearing a suit with no shoes on has surfaced and people have been asking whether female leg in the photo could belong to Anne Nhira.
The photo above surfaced after acting Tourism minister Zhuwao responded to Anne's concerns at the speed of lightning.
Anne wrote a protest letter to Zhuwao requesting that South African dancer be blocked from performing at the Harare International Carnival.
In response to the protest letter, on Tuesday Zhuwao wrote: "I acknowledge your complaint to the above matter."
"The government position is that the artiste concerned (Zodwa Wabantu) may not participate at the Harare International Carnival.
"In this regard, relevant authorities have been notified."
