Mnangagwa buckles to US pressure

Stung by stringent conditions set by the United States government before it could lift sanctions on Zimbabwe, President Emmerson Mnangagwa's administration has buckled to pressure by taking steps towards ending isolation by the world's most powerful nation.
In a swift reaction to a string of conditions predicating the rescission of the Zimbabwe Democracy and Economic Recovery Act (Zidera), Harare has started looking for one of the political activists who went missing between 2000 and March 2015.
