MDC Alliance rocked by double candidates

There has been a lot of confusion over the candidature of some MDC Alliance candidates is various constituencies. This arose from double candidates who were imposed in fellow Alliance partners' allocated constituencies by the MDCT.  Dubious and mischievous publications have been peddled by some in the MDCT to smear falsehoods on fellow Alliance candidates, labelling them CIO and ZANU PF agents. These claims are coming from people who themselves are murderers and are being judged by God and the people. They have lost the plot.

In Harare South Saurombe has been threatened for standing against Mashayamombe being imposed by the MDCT.  Komichi is reported to have instructed his party youths to attack Saurombe or have him arrested for using MDC Alliance banners. If this bullshit is true, Komichi has a very short memory and should go and hang.  Everyone knows what the murderous Shaddy has done in Harare South. The people of Harare South deserve something better. They endured sleepless nights during his hey days.

We therefore write this piece to set the record straight once and for all. In the spirit of working together as One Nation and as One People to free Zimbabwe, Transform Zimbabwe entered into an Alliance agreement on the 5th of August 2017 with six other political parties, MDC T being one of them.

The agreement fully spells out the constituencies each political party would contest on behalf of the Alliance and nothing has changed. The electorate must be fully aware as to who is the legitimate official candidate representing them in their constituencies under the MDC Alliance banner.

Below are the official MDC Alliance Candidates in the constituencies allocated to Transform Zimbabwe where there are double candidates.

1. Jacob Ngarivhume - Bikita East
2. Tichaona Saurombe - Harare South
3. Tinashe Muchenje - Mazowe North
4. Justin Makota - Masvingo South
5. Lawrence Mushori - Muzarabani North
6. Cyril Muradzi - Mt Darwin South

We would also like to advise the public that the MDC Alliance has official communication channels which are handled by the MDC Alliance spokesperson Professor Welshman Ncube.

Any other communications which do not take these facts into account are bogus communications designed to destroy the Alliance and rob the Zimbabwean people of their pending victory. Such should be condemned and be  dismissed with the contempt they rightfully deserve.
