Chamisa urges people to be calm

MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa has urged the people of Zimbabwe to be calm after the Constitutional Court dismissed their application against election results, which were announced by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC).
"To the people of Zimbabwe: we urge you to be calm. The endorsement of a sham election by the Constitutional Court does not and cannot take away your constitutional rights, including those enshrined in Section 59 of the Constitution," said Chamisa.
Former Zanu PF politburo member Jonathan Moyo has said: "Nothing is as painful as being cheated left, right & centre. Yet experience has shown that when the legal door is shut by hook or crook, the political door becomes wide open. No door is better than the political door. It's crucial never to stop believing. Tomorrow starts today!"
