Prophet Magaya's Constitutional Court referral bid dismissed

Prophet Walter Magaya, founder of the Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries, has had his application to have his pending rape case referred to the Constitutional Court dismissed by Harare regional magistrate Mrs Estere Chivasa.

The magistrate ruled that Magaya's application lacked merit.

Magaya is facing four charges of rape, allegedly involving four congregants from his ministry. The case is set to continue, with Magaya scheduled to return to court tomorrow.
