Mnangagwa to descend on truant ministers

Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa has vowed to reign in on errant ministers who routinely skip parliament.
Ministers Jonathan Moyo, Samuel Udenge and David Parirenyatwa were cited by MDC-T vice president Nelson Chamisa as chief culprits.
Chamisa singled out and praised Agriculture minister Joseph Made for religious attending parliamentary sessions.
Chamisa asked Mnangagwa as to what actions would be done on the said ministers.
Mnangagwa, in a televised session pledged to investigate and take drastic action.
By law, all ministers are required to attend questions and answer sessions.
However, ministers dodge the sessions and send their deputies.
