Sex starved 19year-old man tried to rape a 38 year old woman in the bush this afternoon at Chance farm Mvurwi leaving residents shell shocked.
It is alleged that Alson Mapuranga who is currently scavenging in Mvurwi was under cover in a bush path when an Impinge mine woman passed holding her hand bag.
Mapuranga shows people were he was hiding before the attack on innocent woman.
Mapuranga tried to give his black mamba to the woman who over powered him in a scuffle and he managed to flee with the complainant's hand bag.
Eye witnesses who helped to apprehend Mapuranga told Bulawayo24.com that the suspect took the hand bag and heed in a bush.
"We heard the complainant screaming for help when we dashed to the scene we could not find him hence we used dogs to track him and finally found him hiding under a tree.

"Since he gave us torrid time we had to give him instant justice so that in future he quits that habit," said the source.
Mapuranga was heavily assaulted by the mob and stains of blood could be seen on his trousers, he sustained a swollen face.

Investigations by this reporter proved that he is of no fixed abode instead he lived in a dilapidated BMW car at Mashava grinding mill in Suoguru township Mvurwi.
Meanwhile, it has come to light that Mapuranga is a convict and is currently assisting police with investigations.

The officer in charge Mvurwi had to use his personal car to attend to the scene since the station does not own one, despite the purchase of new cars by the police force.
