Zipra advice to Mnangagwa upon his elevation

14 Dec 2014 at 14:27hrs | Views
Emmerson Mnangagwa is now Deputy President  and is billed to repair the damaged  security and happiness of all Zimbabweans from current mismanagement. Mnangagwa is not the cleanest candidate for this job but he has shown some maturity by refusing to sign the hanging of criminals recently.

Mnangagwa's hands are dirty with the blood of Zimbabweans in the 1980's.

If Mnangagwa had not refused to sign the death penalties of those in the death roles, this writer would not have taken time to write this article. This writer is a Master's Student in Innovation and Design and knows which kind of people could be couched to effect important and Innovative change for the general good of this Nation.

Taking note that Emmerson Mnangagwa is a keen learner and a good reader who did most of his education in prison, it is opportune time now to couch him through writing to help him repair and innovate lifestyle in Zimbabwe.

Mnangagwa, a student, a rebel, a terrorist, a Gukurahundist, a coup plotter, a father, a citizen, a ruthless man, a fake smiler, a friend, an enemy, a pretender, a remorseful, an unpredictable man, a builder, a tribalist, is also a highly adaptable innovator intrinsically. His life is holistically a paradox so much that no one knows how he will lead this Nation. All descriptions good and bad fully describe Mnangagwa who once was Zapu and treacherously defected to Zanu in Egypt 1963.

It is Mnangagwa's intrinsically innovative adaptability which Zapra 2014 want to couch Mnangagwa to pursue and use his time as incumbent President to turn around the fortunes of this Nation. I already mentioned that Mnangagwa refused to sign for the hanging of our criminals who are on death row. If he can do that and do it openly, he is then receptive to innovative change regardless his very dirty hands especially Gukurahundi.

Dear Emmerson, the word innovation cannot be fully described in any book with ten thousand pages. Innovation can laughably be described in one phrase, "Thinking outside the box" or "Thinking outside Known Convention"

Those who are incapable of thinking outside the box still wish to send messages by expensive Telegraph rather than WhatsApp. A leader who can't innovate produces a backward Nation like we have today. You will remember Tongogara was an innovative thinker who wanted to unite Zapu and Zanu in 1979 just before than Gukurahundi damage in 1983-89. Innovation came late when 30 000 lives had been lost because of failure to embrace innovative thinking on time.

The damage that happened as a result of failing to innovate political paradigm on time is affecting every Zimbabwean today. We even lost our National Currency.

Dambudzo,  you were born in Zvishavane not very far from where my family were Royals in Great Dzimbabwe. You know well that every time in history an innovative shift of paradigm happened in the history of our country, Zimbabwe became wealthier.

You know from your education that when Mzilikazi brought change in 1830, it was us, the people around Great Dzimbabwe who gained. Mzilikazi Innovative beliefs saw us learn to embrace diversity followed by wealth and security. We became richer, safer, happier, and proud. Because of Mzilikazi, you now live with the Mafu, Khumalo, Mthetwa, Mbhele, Mnguni or Masuku families in Zvishavane.

You, like Tongogara, should have been the front men to teach Zanu School of thought to learn to live diversely with Zimbabweans of all tribe. We know Tongogara did that and you did not. You spent many years doing evil work to please your seniors in Zanu who come from places in Zimbabwe where tribal diversity is unknown. You had a chance to teach them like Tongogara but you chose to be favoured by them by doing dirty work. As an educated person, I know that you have room for honest criticism. And as a man gifted with an innovative and adaptable mind, I also know that you regret your dirty past. As a semi-Christian, I know you have read the story of biblical Paul and my Zipra job today is to advice you to invest more in your little Innovative Nature and do right for Zimbabwe.

You and Phelekezela Mphoko together with Mugabe are our product in Zapu. We produced you and we feel obliged to keep taping reason into your amorphous characters.

When we formed Zapu in 1957, we had a vision. (Chinangwa in Karanga) This Chinangwa vision was not to enrich a few individuals but to restore the happiness of black Zimbabweans to the levels we were during Mzilikazi and Mambo Unison Days. You went against your parent's planning when they moved to Zambia and lost Chinangwa to join Zanu which is led by people who have no experience or respect for National Diversity. They have tribal hierarchy which we do not have in the Midlands where you come from. You came back to Midlands to kill during Gukurahundi and you need to be Innovative and apologise to our 1957 Axiology.

No black Zimbabwean was expected to kill another in 1957 and you can't just wish Zimbabweans to forget what you did in 1983 without first apologising. We asked Mugabe to apologise in the past 32 years and he has refused. An apology is an innovative tool which biblical Paul used to be favoured by the remnants of his murderous past.

You are now expected to become President of Zimbabwe but you will not see the day unless you innovatively apologise publicly. The people of Zimbabwe will forgive you. You have to be astute and use this moment and take Phelekezela Mphoko and jonathan Moyo to Tsholotsho, Kezi, Gweru, Kwekwe, Zhombe,Bulawayo, Nkayi, Matopo, Lupane and say that you are sorry about what happened.

The reason why people in these areas love Tsvangirai and Mujuru is because they want a leader who does not see them like enemies like what you and Mugabe have worked hard to become in the past 33 years.

Once you apologise, you need to be compensative and pay back to these communities by unlocking Mugabe's Marginalisation and Tribal Locks.

If you open your academic mind and be receptive to learning, you will be innovative. You will lead a wealthy and happily reconciled prosperous Zimbabwe. Mugabe failed to loosen his hard nature and he is dying hard and impenetrable. His hardness and rigidity and failure to innovate has fused Zimbabwe into a backward begging Nation.

Be innovative, pump National happiness and get National co-operation. Work hard to make Zimbabweans happy. Re-train the Police, remove corruption, free political opposition, learn to accept criticism.

Criticism is the most effective tool of innovation. If you stifle criticism like Mugabe, you will lead a hungry Nation which is forced to say everything is alright.

Emmerson, do you remember the first Nokia phone in Zimbabwe in 1995? It was the best in the world. It had a black and white (monochrome) screen, no internet, no picture, no video. Progressive minds criticised it. They said it was not worth the price it was sold at. Criticism caused a good looking gadget which was better than landline to be improved.

If that phone had been invented by Mugabe and defended by ZRP and ZNA and War Veterans, Green Bombers, we still would be using that phone by force today.

Can you see from the Nokia phone analogy why criticism is good for human civilisation? If you are proud of your education and want to be a leader who is also able to learn, think about the negative result of stifling criticism by Mugabe leadership.

This Nation is giving you a few months to distinguish yourself. If you take the innovative path, you will earn an indelible name in the History of Zimbabwe. If you chose a Mugabe thoughtline,  you will drag this Nation even more back to the ancient from where Mugabe has condemned us to.
