What electoral reforms?

Dear editor,
I have seen and read many articles on the need for Zimbabwe to reform/change its electoral laws. But I am yet to know or understand exactly what/which laws need to be changed and how they should change.
The voters will be very happy to know these issues or anomalies and remedies.
So if P. Guramutunhu and N. Garikai could educate us on these thorny issues instead of blaming someone that will be good and useful. They should troubleshoot for our good as voters.
They should therefore demonstrate and prove how, where, when and who rigs elections, if they can.
