Mthwakazi activist Hloniphani Ncube has warned that the Criminal Investigations Department that they must do their duties governed by the Acts of parliament not this unethical conduct displayed on their files.

He said labelling the citizens who have never been proven guilty by any court of law as problematic is nonsensical on their part.

"This department especially in Bulawayo is very tribal. Each and every time I was summoned I would be questioned in a foreign language and this on its own its a high level of unprofessionalism. These folks must be reminded that, they were employed as law enforcement agents not Zanu PF thugs. That file which is detailed problematic activists is inflammatory and disrespectful on the victims on that particular list. Such inhuman attitude which is the order of the day in public offices of Zimbabwe must be condemned," Ncube said.

"So if there is a file of problematic activists it also means there is another for good activists. And a question may be asked how they distinguish the two. This attitude of Bulawayo CID is Gukurahundist. You must be reminded that you are human beings just like anybody."
