Professor Welshman Ncube says President Mugabe is so old that he dozes after five minutes in Cabinet.
Ncube said Mugabe was sleeping on the wheel and must be given the boot on July 31. Launching his party's manifesto in Binga yesterday, Ncube said Mugabe had the nerve to call him tribalist yet he killed more than 20 000 people.
Prof Ncube repeated that MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai was unfit to run the country accusing him of corruption. He said his party was the only party capable of turning around the country.
"Mugabe is not team Zimbabwe, Morgan is not team Zimbabwe, I am the only one with team Zimbabwe," said Ncube
The manifesto dubbed "Devolution is our new Revolution" promises to empower communities.
Ncube said the country had enough resources to make every Zimbabwean prosper.
"Zimbabwe is blessed with enough resources to ensure that we have food on our tables. We have diamonds, gold and coal but because we do not have leadership in the country we have remained poor," he said.
The MDC will implement its devolution policy based on its programme called ACTIONS (Access, Control, Transformation, Initiative, Organisation, New technologies and Sustainability. Prof Ncube the manifesto was underpinned by the three principles of governance, the economy and the social agenda.
