Two Harare touts who allegedly stripped a 28 year old woman at Fourth Street Rank accusing her of being a prostitute by wearing a mini skirt where on Wednesday found guilty.
Marvelous Kandemiri and Blessing Chinodakufa are the culprits.
A video of the women being stripped went viral on social media in December.
Magistrate Rekina Dzikiti said it was not in dispute that the complainant was indecently assaulted.
"The defence argues that the complainant got so confused and could not see the people who assaulted her but the State argues that she was sober minded. She knew who did her what," H-Metro reported on Thursday.
"This was a 30 minute incident and which fact was not disputed and clearly it did not start with the complainant being undressed.
"And the accused should not think that the court believes that the five minute video which was tendered in court shows the whole incident, this incident started somewhere.
"The court believes that the complainant saw the first accused person. I don't believe one witness who said that the complainant and the second witness were as that witness is the only person who testified seeing that, he (that witness) was not being honest," said the magistrate.
Added the magistrate in the judgement: "She is clear about what happened that it was accused one who greeted her first and when she ignored, he started calling her prostitute and started whistling. It is this accused person (Marvelous) that ignited the fire that led to the assault."
Magistrate Dzikiti said Marvelous conducted resulted in the complainant molestation 'even pushing and shoving was in line with the crowds molestation.
"He (Marvelous) is not only liable for accused two's actions but the crowd as a whole. I find that the state case has been proved beyond any reasonable doubt for both accused and they are guilty as charged."
