Revolutionary greetings dear comrades. The festive season in Africa is known to be the period of unadulterated happiness but it has turned to be a period of mourning our loved ones. Road accidents have claimed a hotch potch of people at this time of the year.
I am writting to express our sincere condolences as NPP youth to the families and friends of the 22 deceased casual employees under the Ministry of Health's Malaria Control Program. May their souls rest in eternal peace and may God send his holy hosts to comfort the families of the deceased. We are mourning with you in this time of painful loss.
Dear citizens let us try and observe the road rules. Speed kills comrades. Lets drive safely this festive season so as to arrive at our destinations safely.
On the other hand I challenge Munangagwa and his new cabinet to repair our roads in Matebeleland and other areas with damaged roads. Our roads have more potholes than tar. There is a need for Munangagwa to act fast because we dont want to continue losing precious souls as a result of poor roads.
As NPP, together with our President Dr Joice Mujuru we preach the gospel of road safety this festive season. Let us drive cautiously and be safe throughout the festive season.
NPP wishes you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
Victory is certain, allutta continua
