Nhai Chamisa: Who is Mnangwagwa?

How in the world could they misspell President Mnangagwa's surname and file at the last minute? Normally, misspelled names are not a big deal, the mistake can be corrected and usually only accomplishes delay, but a mistake is a death nail if the complaint with the spelling error was filed at the very end of a limitations period.
Of all the things they could make a mistake on, how could they make a spelling mistake of their main contender at the very last minute? Who is Mnangwagwa anyway? Technically, this renders the case useless.
Even though I am not a lawyer, this is the dumbest case I have ever seen in my life. Maybe they did not have enough evidence and wanted to "pass the buck" to the courts.
