Zimbabwe youths must resist the 2030 agenda

Zimbabwean youth must not remain passive while the regime continues to attack our democracy during the ongoing debate over the Zimbabwe Constitution Amendment (No 3) Bill.
To prevent another coup disguised as a constitutional dress, Zimbabwe's youth must rise up and fight back.
According to a proverb, the old must perish in order for the new to emerge. Zimbabwe has now reached a point where the elderly can no longer dictate to the youth. There are so many generations that are coming, and we have the duty to see that any changes to the constitution must not be avoided by the majority of Zimbabweans.
Without public review, no political party should be permitted to make changes to the constitution on its own. Zanu-PF needs to amend its own constitution because no one will be interested in altering the national one.
Through a military coup in 2017, Mnangagwa gained power, and he now seeks to regain it through a constitutional coup. He is well aware that he will not be able to survive and will be expelled by the electorate in a free and fair election. What has he failed to accomplish in the past ten years, and what does he hope to accomplish in the next two?
In football terms, a win is not assured by an injury or extra time.
The purpose of this bill is to add two years to President Mnangagwa's term. We cannot have a president who falsely asserts that he has no intention of extending his term and then assigns his entire cabinet to work on doing so.
Such dishonesty is out of date and unworthy of a president; it is a thing of the Stone Age. No opposition party or political party should support the decisions made by Zanu-PF. A referendum should be held before making such a significant change to the constitution.
For what reason does Mnangagwa fear this referendum?
Instead of serving the majority of Zimbabweans, the Amendment Bill (No. 3) 2026 aims to control internal succession disputes within Zanu-PF. Ordinary Zimbabweans have nothing to do with it.
All across the nation, there must be opposition to any attempt to alter the constitution. The decline into one-party authoritarianism is something Zimbabweans must oppose.
The late Vice Prrsident Joshua Nkomo, often called "Father Zimbabwe," made several notable statements about Zimbabwean youth. One notable was "The country will never die, the young people will save it."
The young people/ youth are vital agents of positive change, saviors of the nation, and key to progress and nation building. Youth arise.
