MDC supports Jonathan Moyo

The MDC Johannesburg district is proud to offer support to the information minister, Professor Jonathan Moyo.
We are not naive as to ignore the role he played in damaging the media in our country. However, as our slogan says: GUQULA IZENZO! The minister has worked hard since his appointment last year, in exposing corruption and creating a fair and equal society.
We would like to say to the minister: stay strong and keep your head high; don't be intimidated by an old man whose time has passed. Just two weeks ago, we saw the coward hide behind his wife in a foreign land, running away from journalists who were only armed with cameras.
Zimbabwe's future is bright, with progressive leadership exhibited by people like the good professor, whose only crime was to expose the rot that has been ZANU PF's character since 1980.
The MDC JHB district is encouraged by the change of heart and attitude that you (Professor Moyo) have shown in your work, even at a cost of being humiliated in public. Indeed it is possible to change one's deeds; you, minister, have shown all Zimbabweans that where there is life, there is hope.
History will judge you favourably. However, the same cannot be said about the evil Shamuyarira who went to his grave a miserable man-may his soul rot in hell. The real devil incarnate defended the genocide committed by Mugabe and his ZANU PF government, which killed innocent defenceless Zimbabweans, women and children included, in a moment of madness and tribalism.
In the people's government led by president Tsvangirai and his MDC, we will not forget progressive people like you and some of your colleagues in ZANU PF who have realised that a peaceful and prosperous Zimbabwe cannot be held at ransom by a 90 year old man.
We commend you for your bravery and wish you luck against people with murderous intentions, who refer to fellow humans as "weevils deserving to be sprayed with gamatox".
