A Consideration for Freedom and Independence for Zimbabwe Again

Zimbabwe politics has sunk into man hunt as a way to deceive none analytic masses into believing that may be one element in Zanu is better than the other. Suffice to say whether Joice Mujuru or Robert Mugabe for both their ills and mistakes cannot preside over the other when it comes to who is wrong or right even though miscarriage of democracy allow President to play with others like toys.
Both Mai Mujuru Joice and Baba Mugabe Robert have vested interest in abuse of power in Zimbabwe and bankrupting the country. A party one time claiming revolutionary purpose has eaten the eggs of the revolution including the egg layers.
Except for the effort to hide bad work of corruption that has taken over an otherwise good intentioned revolution, Zanu cannot cure the acts of rot and bad politics she has so far engaged in. Poor governance under pretext of revolutionary changes has a bankrupted the country economy twice and is likely to repeat in 2015/16.
Because President Mugabe and his cohorts have claimed ownership of revolution and attainment of freedom and independence of Zimbabwe, people cannot find a descent way of marking them as failures without incurring the temporary anger harbored in the blind hopes of the beneficiaries of a corrupt Zanu administration.
Masses of Zimbabweans for thirty years were not exposed to any views other than those of Zanu, that some of the Zimbabweans genuinely believe as true. Is it true that the west want to undermine Zimbabwe freedom and independence? If so how? Is Robert Mugabe not vulnerable to collusion with some powers being they west or east they all have human tendencies to build empires. We cannot run from one empire to another in the hope to find independence. Independence comes from how we treat each other through tolerance and acceptance of each other and leadership.
Opposition by claiming sole monopoly of opposition best views to remove Zanu out of power shot themselves in the foot. They underestimated the sweet enticement of money and women as a genuine tool to invite anyone into corruption with eyes wide open. The failure of opposition politics and the wealth they have attempted to create using opposition politics and Parliamentarian privileges too like Zanu, presents a big question if any opposition can rebuilt out of the current formula?
The question is: Will there ever be opposition politics in Zimbabwe? Unfortunately delusion and hopelessness leads many to think what exists of opposition is the best that has ever been. On the contrary good responsible Zimbabweans are plenty who understand and are experienced in rule of law and willing to make it work.
What we need is to think of how to reduce the current jungle of corrupt generals, politicians, security system, police and judiciary into transparent system of ordinary people who trust themselves and can be rely on for deliverance of simple justice. Law and order is the first call of the day, so we abstain from taking law into our hands and see justice being carried on the greedy, vindictive and bullying of our society irrespective of the level in politics, government and business.
A referendum is the way forward so we have all Zimbabweans come back to plan and achieve a democratic election. It is a massive investment in people lives given the past when Zanu has used vehicles as instruments to get rid of opponents including abduction of opponents. President Mugabe and his cohorts have not seen the light of freedom for as long as they are not themselves involved irrespective of numerous failings. That is the spirit that needs to be buried once and for all.
The world is rejecting dictatorship. Zimbabwe cannot be an exception unless waiting for unnecessary massive spill of blood. It is only a matter of time for blood to spill in Zimbabwe given the rate at which social injustice is commonly prevailing in the country generally. For as long as leadership remain guided by selfish greediness and vanity the clock of disaster will tick on. The country has to be run like it belongs to all and not to a clique in the name of political parties.
