Bulawayo CBD faces electricity cut

Scheduled maintenance activities will result in a planned electricity outage in Bulawayo's city center today from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) issued a statement indicating that the following areas will be affected:

12th Avenue
13th Avenue
14th Avenue
TM PicknPay Hyper Supermarket
Esats Stationery & School Wear
Great Fort Meals
Heads and Hooves Butchery
Surrounding areas
Customers are advised to consider all circuits as live during this period, as power restoration may occur without prior notice, according to the statement.
