Former Sunday Mail editor Edmund Kudzayi, who was once a suspect behind the Baba Jukwa character, has called Zanu PF official Nick Mangwana to order after he claimed that the news of soldiers killing civilians was fake.
"Nick Mangwana is upset that I am calling him out for his new Comical Ali role in Zanu PF. I'm sorry my brother, below is your tweet claiming the August 1 murders are fake news," Kudzayi tweeted.
"You've lost your moral compass. Sometimes just keep quiet. Don't defend evil. Many in Zanu-PF are quiet."
Mangwana had said it was fake news.
"However, they tried hard to cover up the brutal murders but failed to bury the evidence, and later on deleted the tweet,"Kudzayi said.
Ten people have reportedly died following the shooting that occurred on August 1 in Harare.
