Former Harare mayor and Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) member Herbert Gomba attended his court hearing at the Harare Magistrates Court to face charges of perjury and contravening section 37(2)(e) of the Electoral Act Chapter 2:13.
Charges relate to using his father's address when registering as a voter.
Gomba was arrested on Monday on accusations of perjury and contravening electoral laws.
Gomba is also accused of registering a further 12 voters using his parents' address and yet some of the people do not reside at the address.
