51-year-old man beaten to death in Lupane

Members of the Zimbabwe Republic Police in Lupane have arrested one Michael Donga over the alleged murder of a 51-year-old Josiah Moyo who was found dead near Primary School.
According to the police, the body of the victim was found with multiple bruises and blood on the nose and mouth allegedly beaten by unknown weapons.
The police reported via Twitter that the arrested person Donga was allegedly seen dragging the victim towards Malumba Primary School on the 10th of November.
The two had been involved in a dispute during a beer drinking spree at Malumba Business Centre, the police said.
Meanwhile police in Karoi are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of one Gift Kavande who is being sought in connection with escaping from Karoi Prison on 12 November.
The suspect was serving 35 months imprisonment after he had been convicted for two cases of unlawful entry and theft.
