Wife savages 'small house's private parts

A 20-YEAR-OLD Kadoma woman sustained serious injuries on her privates after she was savagely attacked with a cooking stick by a married woman who accused her of flirting with her husband.
The assault victim, Michelle Chigogo, had to seek medical attention at Kadoma General Hospital.
Shupikai Simbawadya (28) of Martin Spur, Kadoma, last week appeared before magistrate Richard Ramaboea facing three counts of assault.
The accused, who pleaded guilty to two counts, but denied the other involving battery to the genitalia, was sentenced to an effective six months' imprisonment.
The court heard that on November 22 this year, Simbawadya lured complainant to her matrimonial home after receiving news she was having an affair with her husband of two years.
Chigogo accepted the invitation, but got a rude awakening on arrival when Simbawadya, in a fit of rage, grabbed a cooking stick and started beating her up all over the body.
The following day, Simbawadya proceeded to Chigogo's house where she repeated the assault, this time including bashing her on her private parts and thighs, prompting her to make a police report.
A medical report produced in court as evidence showed that the complainant sustained multiple body injuries and was bleeding heavily from her private parts as a result of the attack.
