Chipanga is a troubled juvenile exploited by G40

Kudzai Chipanga is a young lad whose brains are still forming and his thought processes are greatly influenced by the here and now. It is certainly safe to say that Chipanga is unable to think beyond his stomach and he is unable to see how things will unfold beyond where he is standing.
The lad thinks and makes decisions based on his immediate physiological gratifications of a new suit, new shinny shoes, an iPhone, food and beer, a bank cash card and a ZANU PF lease car. The G40 backed movement has provided him with a fat enough bank account for his age that induces young Chipanga to act with unintelligent excitable statements. Chipanga could not hold back his emotions at youth rally somewhat inherently possessed with a political demon telling the perplexed and poverty stricken youths in attendance that he was touched by the Angel 'Gabriel' Mugabe.
This boy, a possible successor to Saviour Kasukuwere went into overdrive to declare that he is the sole election organiser and mobiliser for his party telling the generation of the older age not to interfere, advice or settle scores within the youth forums, platforms, rallies and activities. Chipanga's gang of misguided juvenile delinquencies in the name of Mubuso Chinguno and others think that war is a games console video gaming declaring that they will be war if the Generation 40 backed movement loses the 2018 national elections. These toddlers, Chipanga and Chinguno brainwashed by G40 appear to be illiterate and ill-informed about the functions of democratic institutions that support a peaceful transition of power through a free and fair electoral process. In a democracy an election is a civilised process of regime change by the free will of the people, conducted in a civilised manner and it respects the verdict of the electorate. In a democracy leaders enjoy delegated power. Leaders are not authorities of power such as in the definition of Mugabe's meaning of power much to the confusion of the mental fragile Chipanga and Chinguno who accepts instructions without questioning the constitutional validity of those instructions.
Generation 40 is a governance concept developed by Jonathan Moyo (G40 kingmaker) that is disguised as transferring power to the younger generation when in fact Moyo's concept is manipulation of young people to use them as a decoy to return G40 and Mugabe into power. G40 strategy is also believed to be supported by Grace Mugabe, Patrick Zhuwayo, vice president Phekelezela Mphoko and Saviour Kasukuwere all of whom are above the age of the generation of the youths. Power according to Moyo's G40 theory is not intended for the youth but for President Mugabe. Mugabe is a member of G40, a patron and an active participant working with the Generation 40 movement to win the 2018 elections and thereafter Mugabe will announce his successor chosen from within the G40 movement. Robert Mugabe is used by G40 as a convenient factor of political engineering, production and marketing required for the sake of pushing through the G40 strategic agenda of creating new G40 governance and to dislodge the now forsaken war veterans, the generation of the old guard bigwigs including vice president Emmerson Mnangagwa and his Team Lacoste brand. Jonathan Moyo projected that political change will take place within ZANU PF. The unfolding events within ZANUPF are indicative of the inevitable change projected by Moyo. Moyo will become one of the most important figures in ZANU PF and in fact based on the current scale of probability the indication is that Moyo is already enjoying a respectable role in the current ZANU PF political succession matrix.
Chipanga has little awareness that the problems of the youths in Zimbabwe are the problem of negative socio-economic and political environment and policies that were created by his ZANU PF party. ZANU PF has constantly sought to exploit the vulnerability of the youth for political goals and interests. The exploits of the Mugabe G40 master minders of using the youth as their front for their own political objectives is proof of youth exploitation and subordination. Chipanga's position is not any better than the experiences of abuse of Godfrey Tsenengamu, Godwin Gomwe and Vengai Musengi perpetrated by Mugabe and G40.
Tsenengamu, Gomwe and Musengi have a little story to tell about what it means to be exploited, used, abused and taking advantage of. They were used to purge Joyce Mujuru with a promise of everything under the sun but once Joyce was successfully purged their usefulness became absolute and they too became purged. Chipanga is believed to have been used in the demise of Tsenengamu, Gomwe and Musengi and for that Chipanga was rewarded with the position of ZANU PF politburo member for the youth wing. Chipanga is not working for interest, needs, wishes and rights of youths not even within his own party. He is working on a script he was given by Mugabe and G40. The script is to return Mugabe and the G40 movement into power. Chipanga needs to ensure that he sticks to the script religiously otherwise any deviation from it may lead him to the experiences of Border Gazi, Chenjerai Hunzwi and Elliot Manyika. The basic political approach used by President Mugabe is 'exploit, use and abuse and then discard'.
The Zimbabwe youths under ZANU PF government have become victims of deceitful, falsehearted and fraudulent politicians that exploit, lure, train and force the youths to commit politically motivated murders, rape, looting and kidnappings. The youths are used in violent farm invasions, aggressive take overs of private business and property, election violent campaigns, forcing people to attend rallies, forcing people to contribute financial to activities of ZANU PF, victimizing and causing harm to members of the opposition and civil society. In return these youths are given food, drugs and alcohol; brain washed; paid meagre allowances, given empty promises of jobs, empty promises of several hundreds of residential stands not backed with mortgage loans, and empty promises of becoming future members of parliament, ministers and local government councillors.
Chipanga is not a true representative of the generation of youths as his role does not seek to address the wider and deeper issues affecting the young people in Zimbabwe. He was given a script to mobilise for Mugabe and to show how good an old leader Mugabe is. Chipanga is speaking on behalf of Mugabe promising the youth housing stands without the opportunities for youth jobs, stable financial incomes, college education, skills for employment, entrepreneurship and youth businesses. Many young people cannot attend school, college or university for lack of money to do so. The cycle of youth poverty will be passed down to their children too. The young people do not have a secure future due economic and social exclusion, broken families, school failure, status frustration, and a lack of exposure to legitimate means of achieving their goals.
The government of Mugabe has successfully managed to produce a society of young people prone to drugs addiction, promiscuity, exploitation, dependent on alcohol, mentally ill, and an increase in youth criminal activities. Our young people are just fading out of their own society, they have retreated to exclusion and they are no longer taking part in a positive way in their own society due to the pressures of narrow social, economic and cultural goals that ZANU PF exposes them .Their hopes, dreams, aspirations, and desires have been destroyed right at the start of their journey to adulthood.
