We are all dynamites

I BELIEVE everyone carries great potential inside of them, it is like a dynamite.
A dynamite can do wonders in the right hands. It can pave the way for new explorations, highways and numerous other projects which will benefit mankind.
In the wrong hands, though, it can be used to take life, and that is exactly the kind of ability that we all carry — for good or bad.
There is something inside everyone that says "I can do better than this." So ultimately, it is up to to the individual to decide to never be bound with fear or any kind of drawbacks.
Rather, be afraid to fail. When the pessimistic echo goes, "you can't do that!." Asking "how" is a critical mistake, challenge it directly and say, "I can do it."
If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm.
Achieving greatness is a choice. And it's a pity many people may never discover their greatness. Unless you can short-circuit negative self-talk, it will short-circuit you.
Negative self-talk casts malleable circumstances as reasons that actually make sense, its roots lie in the earliest and most formative years of life and always belies the fact that you can do what you are talking yourself out of doing.
No matter the circumstances always remember that they are never as formidable as they seem. Napoleon Hill said "It is always your next move."
This means that there is always something you can do about anything. The secret is not to let the circumstance intimidate you. Your mind of success can always find an effective course of action even if the way will be long, difficult, and uncharted.
Boldly look inside of you, you will see the vast tracts of unutilised ability, reserved power, untapped strength, unused success, unexposed ability and latent power.
You have the currency representing all you can be but have not yet become, all you can do but have not yet done, how far you can reach but have not yet reached, what you can accomplish but have not yet accomplished.
Having talent, taking possession of your mind and directing your thoughts toward your desired result guarantees the accomplishment of worthy goals.
In life, it doesn't matter where you're coming from. Where you are going and how you are going to get there is key.
Aside from what you want to accomplish, envision the kind of a person you want to become as the result of all your work and effort.
Every country is blessed with a rich human resource. They are the cherished treasures of every nation. Thus losing sight of this valuable resource can only make us be remembered as a people that existed once upon a time.
I have discovered from a distance that be it sportspersons, politicians, business people or religious leaders like Prophets Emmanuel and Ruth Makandiwa, Bill Gates, Strive Masiwa, Hon John Paul Mwirigi of Kenya, Michael Phelps, or Kirsty Coventry or anyone successful who can come to mind, they have achieved great things because they invariably gave a lot of thought to their own evolution and growth.
They became exceptional people by design, not by accident. They are like master craftsmen, continually shaping and polishing their characters and personalities so that they evolve and grow into important people in the sight of many.
These personalities have displayed motivational leadership skills by their ability to uplift and inspire people to perform at their best.
They have set high standards of accountability for themselves and for their behaviors. They assume that others are watching them and then setting their own standards by what they do.
They lead by example, just exactly as if someone were following them around, secretly taking notes of their daily actions for others to see and act on.
Get your inspiration from those who have gone before you and made it.
Honor them and develop an interest to study from them. An objective for which you have enthusiasm, passion, and keen interest creates a different story of your life. You can make it.
