What next Zimbabwe –New Blank Paper Planning Process ( NB-PPPRZ)-"Re-invent Zimbabwe"

Glory to God Our Pastor is "free"-from Political bungling!

And I will do a new thing" Gods way !  Zimbabwean are we not therefore stuck with a imperative to discern what his way for us could be.

For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; 7And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. 8The silver ismine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. 9The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.

God wired in our being and our Nation!

In everything we have to do let us be expedient-with a strong selfless bias for action.
Talk is cheap. "We want works not words." Ceasar Chavez-Engaging a heightened sense for strategy.
We must be strategic with a sense of urgency with this thing in mind that our people are desperate and destitute.

Yes we will need a new compelling vision to unhook us and all the current networks from where we are to the future picture of what we want and where we wish to be.

Don't we need though to plan on our feet and make it priority to redeem and mitigate the impact of a broke economy on the Zimbabweans table and industrial place.
It is my suggestion that we quickly put in place a Strategic humanitarian intervention program

We need a sense of urgency-we are in a National Humanitarian and Industrial crisis

Here 4 Areas I believe an Agenda could be built.
- if you have a gift -it's time to spring forth -it is our gifts more than anything that will explode our capacity and performance!

Proposed talking points of Agenda
4 Task forces
A. Strategic Legal team to:
1.quickly create the process of a "no confidence in Mugabe and government and ZanuPF elite leadership and engage a plebiscite to effect this
This is a revolution-A revolution the people can suspend aspects of the constitution
We have enough extenuating circumstances to suspend  and reconstruct. It is our country our right.
2. How to legally create an urgent. provisional government and suspend immediate elections
B. Team to Structure provisional government and Administration

C. Socio-Economic task force

We have a humanitarian & industrial crisis
a. Start a strategic humanitarian intervention Program

It will address the social impact of the broke economy the people at home and in the diaspora mitigate and redeem the industry.
b.A Re-Invent Zimbabwe task force

To Map or adopt a Masterplan
-In the Re-Invent process let's not be misled by the myth that only economists can create an economic Masterplan.
A Masterplan has nothing to do with economic science but visionary foresight!
Most of the developed nations masterplans were not created by economists; with all due honor for this critical skill amongst us!

At the heart of the way forward and in the mind of all Zimbabweans is how to quickly get the economy going I want to believe.
Let us remember that sometimes adversity is the sign post to our destiny.
God grows individuals and nations through the University of Hard Knocks-Our Lords degrees may take decades or even centuries.
Everything that has happened in our country was and our nation is still under Gods plan.
God is wired in our being and in everything we do.
The hardships have made everyone experts at survival and persistence!

Is it not time to now engage "what I call "the divine structure of process
 1. The Spiritual (revelation and God power and will) Job 22 vs 21 Acquaint yourself with him and you will be established /!
 2. The Society and their culture
3.The community and their dreams and aspirations (community is society in action)
4.The Institutionalization of empowering the dreams and desires of the hearts of the people
5.Application of the sciences (how things work best) to empower our community, our government and business so we can create the best social and business platform built with a mind ingrained in a teleological desire for excellence!

Can we keep in mind that ultimately it is not academics and skills but our gifts first and foremost we need at the visionary level.
One Greek philosopher once said that If knowledge was understanding then the world would be better!
And in another discussion with Socrates, I think maybe Plato
--was asked "are you saying we must turn everything upside down"-I think it's time to turn things upside down and create the best of the best on the competence capacity of our Nation as we build " Our new massive national business "Zimbabwe Mega biz" Zimbabwe as a business with a new Brand Made in great Zimbabwe, MigZ.

In another of Plato's dialogue with
He says that there are two presentation possible for a nation at moments of Political crisis.

1. Rhetorical Presentation
He says that Politicians generally will present a rhetorical assumption.
It is based on flattering the people by stating and showing an empty desire to say what the politicians believe is in the minds of the citizens regardless of true realities that can help a nation.
They seem to flatter the people to get into power and follow their on shadow missions that have nothing to do with uplifting the people when in power and in the end peoples wishes go unfulfilled.

2. Dialectic presentation:
This is an expression of rethinking originally that pulls people away from their myths and rhetorical assumptions and optical illusions. It moves people away from the status quo mindset into the uncomfortable new ways of thinking that brings in new more effective realities that would solve their problems and desires. It moves people's mindset away from the convictions that current systems are adequate and relevant to the uncomfortable realities of the unknown into the future.
Myths (e.g. Mugabe is God-and he is doing great) ;rhetorical assumptions (e.g. that our solutions are in the political system instead of us the society who are endowed with the dreams and the gifts as we learn the skills to empower us into our greatness-another assumption; that a ruling party must be the one launch  an economic master plan  when we all know that because of the danger in politics many smarter and more gifted Zimbabweans stay away from the planning platform),Optical illusions (That those who actively went to war must rule till the eternity -especially when the main objective of a few of them is power and the distracted desire to subjectively be the possessors of all and not a partnership with Zimbabweans but others so that they can be afforded looting capacity and financial pigeon holes to stash the cash-the illusion that President Mugabe, his government and ZanuPF elite are doing the greatest job that could be done in Zimbabwe and could have ever been done-also that democracy isugar inonakisa-if we just elect new people things will work: when we know kuti.-power and money can corrupt almost anyone unless a powerful ethical code has been established.

It's time for us to move away from the rhetorical into the new dialectic truth of the realities that we the people, the citizens can create as we invent the future that we see.

It time to write new scripts in our mind as we confront and overcome, not only our political dysfunction but the other six transformational impediments that are common to every African country to the extent that President Jerry Rawlings cried out saying " you can't shake this system" referring to foreign establishments inhibitive processes.

I honor and love President Mugabe from a Spiritual and traditional cultural and all the sacrifice that he did for our country together with all the war veterans as most Zimbabweans do and as we move ahead we must all remember him as an elder in our community who has made some blunders but we can forgive and create a powerful new way ahead-where the war veterans walk together with the rest of the community as one Zimbabwe on productive force, one people blind to race or tribe.

Our president failed to move our country beyond politics into economics and global connectivity where the rest of the world has gone, he did his best good enough as it might not have been-he tried and I hope he can see that the future cannot be stopped and allow new leadership to emerge for the good and greatness of one the greatest nations in Africa.
