Zesa is killing us

Editor,
Zesa's intention to hike tariff is not fair to us poor electric consumers. The parastatal is infested by mismanagement coupled with corruption. We have read about these shenanigans.
Surely, these corrupt dealings done by high up.. poly-ticks are contributing in sucking Zesa dry. Now Zesa wants to burn us the poor as if we are the cause of the Power shortage. No, ZESA! Uproot the corruption in your armpits! Everybody must pay the bills irrespective of what station one holds in life.
Again, high salaried bosses with their thirteenth cheque also contribute in milking zesa of its thin oxygen. This Zesa cow is drowning, gasping on its last breath.
So, Big bosses, stop milking it ! Be considerate. Or you understand only when people start toyi- toying?
Zesa should prioritize solar energy system. I know they know but they hold the chameleon's legs so they can keep on looting. Be that as it may, I believe Rwanda does not have much of high educated people compared to Zimbabwe, yet they are doing well in technology, particularly on solar energy which they provide to the rural poor communities.
How are they succeeding? The answer is because they nip corruption at the bud. Is that a tall order at ZESA?
