Senior lecture revives Jimmy Jimalo's legacy

Sungura legend Nicholas Zacharia "Senior Lecture" has revived the late music promoter Jimmy Jimalo's legacy by performing at his bar in Highfied on Saturday.
Jimmy Jimalo bar which used to be the home of music with big artiste like Alick Macheso, Tongai Moyo, Zacharia among other performing regularly during his lifetime was slowly becoming a forgotten place.
The bar manager Elmon Manyika told this publication that Zacharia's gig was the rivival of the area.
"We are reviving the area and by inviting Zacharia we are uplifting our late father's vision, as you can see the place is packed because a legend has arrived," Manyika said.
He further said they are talking with Senior lecture so that he becomes their resident musician.
Senior lecture is currently in best form with his new offering Musabvunda.
