An 18-year-old Mvurwi woman was arrested on Monday night for allegedly scalding her boyfriend's back with porridge.
Tracy Muswavaviri (18) is currently assisting police with investigations a source has said.
Muswavaviri's victim has been identified as Tashinga Rupende
According to the source, the pair allegedly had a heated argument over prostitution and an altercation ensured resulting in Muswavaviri pouring hot porridge on Rupende.
When Bulawayo24.com visited Rupende at Mvurwi hospital he was writhing in pain hence the this reporter could not talk to him.
