Woman eaten by dogs alive flies out to India on Friday

Cherish Muchegwa the woman who was mauled by dogs in March is flying out on Friday to get her treatment in India.
Giving an update on the journey Bulawayo South MP Raj Modi said, "Muchegwa is now in Harare. She's resting now. Tomorrow she flies out to India. Journey mercies to her, her husband and her nurse. May the good Lord protect and heal her. And may we all remember her in our prayers."
Modi has been very instrumental in sourcing funding for Muchegwa too access treatment in India. The doctors needed around US$10 000 for the treatment.
The Indian Embassy waivered visa fees for Muchegwa.
On Wednesday Modi said, "Cherish A friend in Mauritius has donated US$2000. Friends in India have pledged to donate. Today I donated $US1000. In total we now have over US$5000. The money is not yet enough but we are making progress."
