Mnanaggwa forced to reverse cabinet appointments

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has been forced to drop Nokuthula Matsikenyeri as provincial minister for Manicaland, this is connected to non-constituency MPs he can appoint as ministers. Mnangagwa limited to 7, but he went over this number.

Mnangagwa was also be forced to unappoint John Paradza as deputy minister of environment.

Paradza is Zanu PF's candidate in pending by-election in Gutu West and has no seat in parliament. He is one of 9 non-constituency MPs named in Monday's Cabinet, instead of 7.
