Armed robbers raid Mukuru outlet

Four individuals armed with pistols reportedly carried out a robbery at a Mukuru outlet, making off with US$2,000 and confiscating customers' cellphones in the process.
According to a statement released on Twitter by the police, this incident is currently under investigation and took place at the Muzeziwa General Dealer Shop, located at Chitindiva Business Centre in Karoi.
The statement read, "Four unidentified suspects, armed with a pistol, targeted a Mukuru money transfer booth inside the shop. They proceeded to steal a cellphone and a cash box containing US$2,909.00, along with ZAR 9,400.00 in cash. Subsequently, the suspects also took five cellphones from customers before making their escape in a silver Hyundai vehicle. Anyone with information is urged to report it to the nearest police station."
